President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs’ working visit to the Republic of Moldova

From 26 August till 28 August, President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs will visit the Republic of Moldova on a working visit; on Tuesday, 27 August, together with President of the Republic of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda and President of the Republic of Estonia Alar Karis, President Rinkēvičs will attend the Republic of Moldova Independence Day celebrations. The presidents of the Baltic States will hold a joint meeting and press conference with the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu. Furthermore, President Rinkēvičs together with President Sandu, President Nausėda and President Karis will take part in the official flower laying ceremony at the monument to Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, and at the end of the day the presidents will give addresses at the official concert in honour of the Independence Day of the Republic of Moldova. During the working visit, the President of Latvia will give several interviews to local media.
