Participation and address by President Edgars Rinkēvičs at the dress rehearsal of the concert organised by the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra Foundation “LNSO, Kristīna Poska and Georgijs Osokins. Arvo Pärt – 90!”

At the initiative of the LNSO Foundation, the dress rehearsal will be attended by students from Latvia’s music schools.
