On 1 August, President Edgars Rinkēvičs will present letters of credence at the Riga Castle to:
- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Council of Europe Agnese Vilde;
- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Kingdom of Spain Jānis Zlamets;
- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to Hungary Jurijs Pogrebnaks;
- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Türkiye Bahtijors Hasans.
