Ar Igaunijas prezidentes darba vizīti Rīgā simboliski iezīmē 100 gadu, kopš Latvija un Igaunija atzina viena otru de iure
On Tuesday, 2 March, Kersti Kaljulaid, President of the Republic of Estonia, will pay a working visit to Latvia. Her visit will symbolically mark the mutual de iure recognition of Latvia and Estonia and establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries after their international recognition de iure.

Agenda of the President Kaljulaid’s visit to Latvia includes a meeting between Latvian and Estonian delegations and press briefing by the two presidents after it. President of Estonia will then proceed to the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence.

Specific protocols and precautionary measures against pandemic will be ensured during the visit of the President of Estonia. Visiting side and Latvian delegation, as well as everyone participating in the official events, including media, will be requested to wear face masks covering nose and mouth, observe social distancing rules, avoid shaking hands or sharing common use items.

Deadline: 14:00, 26 February 2020. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be processed. You will be required to wear a face mask covering the nose and mouth and comply with social distancing requirements during the official media events.
