On 3 September, the President of the Republic of Albania, Mr Bajram Begaj, and his spouse, Ms Armanda Begaj, paid an official visit to the Republic of Latvia. During the meeting with President Edgars Rinkēvičs at the Riga Castle, the sides discussed bilateral relations, regional security, support for Ukraine and the matter of enlargement of the European Union.
