After the meeting, President Levits, President of Estonia, H. E. Mrs Kersti Kaljulaid, and President of Lithuania, H. E. Mr Gitanas Nausėda, will visit the Christmas Market on Cathedral Square and venue of Latvian Radio 5 charity marathon.
During the meeting, heads of state of all three Baltic countries will discuss the recent Meeting of the Prime Ministers of the Baltic states on 6 December and the agenda of the Baltic Assembly, especially regional cooperation in scope of the Rail Baltica railway infrastructure project and joint energy projects. Other topics to be discussed during the meeting will include outcomes of the NATO London Summit, Transatlantic Partnership, Eastern Partnership, relations with Russia and Belarus, cooperation in scope of the Three Seas Initiative and other areas.
Agenda of the meeting includes the signing of the Guest Book by presidents of Lithuania and Estonia, official meeting of delegations of all three countries and joint press conference of President Levits, President Kaljulaid and President Nausėda.

Deadline for accreditation to the Meeting of the President of Baltic states: 15:00 PM, 13 December 2019. Media are requested to register each journalist by filling out application form issued by the Chancery of the President of Latvia. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be granted.
