“The whole society should clearly understand from a government action plan what this government is committed to accomplish in socially significant areas. The government action plan should clearly define priorities and objectives to be met of the government,” stressed President of Latvia Raimonds Vējonis today, April 6, at a meeting with Prime Minister Māris Kučinskis.
During the weekly meeting, both officials discussed current issues of the government, paying particular attention to the issue of drafting a government action plan. President of Latvia Raimonds Vējonis praised the Prime Minister's commitment to draft a purposeful and clear action plan and called for adoption of a quality plan in the nearest future.
