During the visit, one plans the meeting of the President of Latvia and the councillors of Ludza Regional Council and entrepreneurs of Ludza Region and introduction to the operation of the largest taxpayer in Ludza municipality, Ariols Ltd.
The President of Latvia will visit the Ludza Local History Museum and the Ludza Crafts Center, the restored Great Synagogue of Ludza, which is the oldest synagogue in the Baltic States. He will meet with representatives of the Ludza Youth Club Umbrella and visit the children’s and youth creative workshops in the Ludza City Park.
At the end of the visit, President of Latvia Raimonds Vējonis will visit and open a concert called “Calling of the Generations”, which will take place in the Ludza Castle Park on the occasion of the 840th anniversary celebration of the Ludza City.
