On 29 September, President of Latvia Egils Levits and President of Slovenia Borut Pahor visited the Slovenian 10eFP base.
President of Latvia thanked Slovenian troops for their contribution to NATO enhanced Forward Presence battle group Latvia, which is stationed at Camp Ādaži. He also underlined that Latvia relies on forward presence of Slovenian troops in Latvia. Latvia is also extremely grateful to Slovenia for its shared understanding of regional threats to Baltics, reiterated President Levits to President Pahor.
Slovenia is one of five countries that deploys its troops to NATO enhanced Forward Presence battle group Latvia since its inception in 2017.
