Website “Turiesprezident.lv” was established at the time, when President of Latvia Raimonds Vējonis recovered from his heart surgery and the initiators called for the people to devote their wishes of health to the President of Latvia. During a couple of weeks, there were 3,000 wishes and greetings written, which formed the rows of three meters in length in total.
The belt created in Internet environment jointly by the people was woven in life and was presented to the President of Latvia as a reminder of popular support and empowering for the future. Along with the Lielvārde belt, the President of Latvia also received the wishes themselves and information about the authors thereof.
