H. E. Mr Kaspar Ozoliņš, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to Canada, received the letter of credence from the President of Latvia Egils Levits during a special ceremony held at the Riga Castle today, 14 December.
