On 22 January, President Edgars Rinkēvičs met in Davos with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bhutan Tshering Tobgay to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation within international organisations.
During the meeting, President Rinkēvičs expressed satisfaction with the ongoing practical cooperation between Latvia and Bhutan in the fields of cybersecurity, auditing, and healthcare. He reaffirmed Latvia’s interest in continuing this collaboration and establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.
