On 11 April, President Edgars Rinkēvičs will meet with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Vilnius. During the meeting, an agreement will be signed between Latvia and Ukraine on long-term support and security commitments. The agreement demonstrates Latvia's strong support of Ukraine and includes provisions for military assistance amounting to 0.25% of the country's gross domestic product. The meeting is scheduled to take place on the margins of the Three Seas Initiative Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania.
