President and chairs of committees agreed that there is only one objective: to raise the quality of legislation and ensure that ruling and opposition parties play equal role in legislative process by contributing their knowledge and proposals for better regulation.
One of the major focuses of the meeting was public communication. A greater effort should go into explaining laws to the people to make sure the purpose and the content of the laws is understood. Such communication should be conducted in a way convenient for everyone, without heavy use of legal terminology.
