In his address to the participants of the workshop, President of Latvia underlined that our advantages and development potential should be the main message of our country marketing campaigns. He highlighted the areas with greatest development potential such as green environment, developed infrastructure, educated and creative people, digitalisation, science and research. Another strong advantage of Latvia is good and distinctly Latvian cultural landscape.
Other design thinking workshops will take place in February and March. More than 200 professionals, public activists and Latvians living in other countries are expected to take part in these events. Representatives of OECD, European Union and other partners, who play notable role in strengthening Latvia’s role in international diplomacy, help boost competitiveness of Latvian companies and make our investment climate more attractive, will also be engaged.
