President of Latvia honours those who stood on barricades in 1991 in a private flower laying ceremony

On 20 January, President of Latvia Egils Levits paid tribute to participants of 1991 Barricades and privately placed flowers at the Riga Brethren Cemetery, Freedom Monument and memorial stones around Bastion Hill.
