Raimonds Vējonis was confident that the existing close and cordial ties between Latvia and the United States would contribute to the further strengthening of Latvian and US strategic partnership.
The President of Latvia particularly emphasised the cooperation in security and the significance of the decisions taken at the NATO Summit in Warsaw for the security of Latvia and stability of the entire region. Latvia will continue working on expanding and evolving the bilateral cooperation.
