On 13 November President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs examined the clemency requests of 14 sentenced inviduals. Of these, two clemency requests were approved, while 12 were rejected. One sentenced individual was fully exempted from their primary penalty, while the second invdividual was fully exempted from both their primary and additional penalty.
