President of Latvia Raimonds Vējonis goes on one-day working visit to Estonia. During the visit, the President of Latvia will participate in the opening of new production site of “Latvijas Finieris”, the leading Latvian company in timber industry, in Kohila. In Tallinn, the President of Latvia will meet with President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid and will participate in the solemn gathering on the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the Proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Latvia, where he will meet with the compatriots living in Estonia.
During the meeting with President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid, they will discuss topical issues of bilateral relations and the current situation in the region and in the world.
In the evening, Raimonds Vējonis will attend the festive concert organised by the Embassy of Latvia to Estonia and the reception on the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the Proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Latvia at the House of Blackheads in Tallinn.
