Today, President of Latvia Egils Levits presented the letter of credence to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Kazakhstan Mrs Irina Mangule and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Korea Mr Āris Vīgants during a ceremony in the Riga Castle.
