The treating physicians of the President of Latvia concluded based on the results of control examinations that the therapy applied during the recovery process showed convincingly positive dynamics. The patient's state of health enables him to engage more actively and participate in the recovery of his health.
Further treatment and rehabilitation will be provided under the supervision of professional and experienced specialists at National Rehabilitation Centre Vaivari. The physicians indicated that a course of antibiotics therapy should be still continued in addition to cardiac rehabilitation program. Such treatment meets the international guidelines for sepsis infection cases.
The physicians from Stradiņš Hospital called for the President of Latvia to focus mainly on full recovery at this stage of recovery process as well.
