The President of Latvia extended his gratitude to the Members of the Supreme Council for their courage while undertaking responsibility and acting long-sighted. “History has proven that each one of you was the right person in the right place at the right time. Thank you for your courage while undertaking responsibility and acting long-sighted,” stated Raimonds Vējonis.
When addressing representatives of local governments, the President of Latvia thanked each of them, who created a clean, people-friendly, and business-friendly country by their own example and initiative. “Latvia is thriving and flourishing only when every region and every town are thriving and flourishing,” outlined Raimonds Vējonis.
“People are the greatest treasure of Latvia; they are wise, purposeful, and hard-working! Every time I go to regional visits, I meet people and familiarise myself with the achievements of local entrepreneurs. Thank you for your perseverance and dedication to creating new values! By raising revenues and creating job opportunities, each of you strengthens our country,” said the President of Latvia when he extended gratitude to the entrepreneurs of Latvia.
The President of Latvia acknowledged that the contribution of local governments and entrepreneurs did not remain only in a specific region or a town, because that created the story of Latvia in the world.
