To remind those who spend holidays near water of the importance of water safety, President of Latvia will visit Swim Safe camp on Ikšķile beach this Friday, 17 July.

President Levits will meet with Zane Gemze, founder of NGO Swim Safe, and Aivars Platonovs, President of National Swimming Federation, and watch some camp activities. The main objective of the camp is to show kids the difference between swimming pool and river, teaching them about safe depth and knowing your limits, and how to use appropriate swimming aids.
