On 7 March, President Edgars Rinkēvičs met with Minister of Economy Viktors Valainis and Director of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia Ieva Jāgere at the Riga Castle. During the meeting, the parties discussed investment attraction for Latvia’s defence industry, reducing bureaucracy in the construction sector, and planned foreign visits with a business delegation in 2025.
President Rinkēvičs received a briefing on the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia’s strategic vision for attracting foreign investment and enhancing the competitiveness of Latvian businesses in international markets.
