On 29 August President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs met at Riga Castle with seven Members of the European Parliament from Latvia: Ivars Ijabs (“For Latvia’s Development”), Sandra Kalniete (“New Unity”), Rihards Kols (“National Alliance”), Vilis Krištopāns (“Latva First”), Reinis Pozņaks (“United List”), Mārtiņš Staķis (“Progressives”) and Inese Vaidere (“New Unity”).
