On 23 April, President Edgars Rinkēvičs received letters of credence from H.E. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic to the Republic of Latvia Mr Carlos Federico Mascias and H.E. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of New Zealand to the Republic of Latvia Mr Paul Jared Ballantyne.
