During the meeting, the First Lady of Latvia discussed current issues regarding education of the diaspora with the representatives thereof.
First Lady of Latvia Iveta Vējone agreed to the invitation of the Education Council of the World Federation of Free Latvians to become the patroness of Latvian diaspora schools, taking care of Latvian children, young people, and teachers around the world.
