The President of Latvia appreciated the ability of the winners to manage daily work of the farm skilfully, while developing new occupations and nurturing a beautiful and thoughtfully created gardens carefully at the same time.
Raimonds Vējonis particularly thanked the holdings managed for several generations already. “I am very pleased that family houses are created in rural areas, where farming traditions are transferred from one generation to next generation. Strong families form strong Latvia!” emphasized the President of Latvia.
Owners of farm holdings engaged in agricultural activities and having created beautiful, well-kept homesteads are invited to participate in competition “The Most Beautiful Homestead”, whose patron is President of Latvia Raimonds Vējonis.
