International cooperation and economics expert Inga Ernstsone will take over the duties of President’s economic policy adviser from Alise Pīka starting today, 16 August.
Ms Ernstsone has served as Latvia’s ambassador to the World Trade Organisation, Deputy Head of Latvia’s Diplomatic Mission in the United Kingdom, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, and has previously worked as the Director of Economic Relations and Development Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Inga Ernstsone has master’s degree in business management and German language and literature.
